80s music video in black and white?

i am trying to find the name of a song and artist, i remember the video vaguely and will do my best to describe. the person singing is a white male, playing a guitar, other band members in the background, there are a few women wearing identical black dresses, head scarves and dark glasses. there is quite a bit of guitar playing, sounds like soft rock. everything looks like its on a stage and i think there are some statues as well. sorry i have only snatches of memory on this, but its driving me crazy. any suggestions?
