I used a 2 mm wooden stretcher for my ear, it now won't come out or go in further?

I pushed it in until about half way, but it wouldn't go any further, so I got told to leave it for a bit to let my ear get used to it, I kept trying to twist it throughout the night, it wouldn't even twist. I just tried having a hot shower to loosen it, it wouldn't even wriggle or twist then, it won't come out or go in further.....what the hell do I do!
