Can I receive money from the BC government for living alone?

My mom is leaving to move to Calgary and I'll be living in BC. My dad also lives in Calgary and he is unfit to take care of me because of finances and addictions. Is there any way that I can get emancipated or removed from the care of my parents and receive money from the government to help pay for rent and school? I'm only 17 so i'm still a child in BC. Any information would help alot please & thankyou.
