My 7mo baby had a 104 fever, now its gone but she has no appetite and is irritable?

Took to ER, clean blood work, clean xray was breast feeding when she had the fever, now the fever is gone and she wont eat and screams and wriggles in pain. She pooped yesterday so ots not constipation, she isnt vomiting, no ear or throat infection. Im completely stumped! Moms??
