14 weeks pregnant and a little nervous!?

im 14 wks + 1 day today, and im a little anxious b'cz i never suffered from morning sickness, infact i never actually was sick in the 1st trimester, just felt a little nauseous at times but usually i was gr8 (people say im lucky but it doesnt feel real that im pregnant cz i didnt have hardly any symptoms)...anyway i had my dating scan and they dated me at 11 weeks (it was meant to be 12 wk scan) anyway we saw h/beat and baby was wriggling and doing great :)...but b'coz i havent had symptoms im worried that everythin is still ok, i havent had any bad symptoms either- i have my next m/wife app next week so hopefully she will reaassure me. its my 1st pregnancy and i live in U.K so we only get dating scan and then 20 wk scan.i know im prob been over anxious about everythin but just wondering what you think? thanks x
