Any one know about dreams? interpretation? reoccurring dreams?

well i keep having this dream that there is like this tadpole like (but leech like in the way it latches on ) in my eye , it feels really real and its really bad .. i like try to get it out but i cant it just keeps wriggling round and i can feel it ! what on earth could it mean ?
