Can i get a student grant?

I dropped out half way through my second year and I am currently paying back my maintenance grant monthly. I have applied to go back to uni in September and have been given my fundings amounts from student finance for the year. I don't get tuition fees i have to pay for them myself, and i do not get a grant because I am still paying back the previous one. If i pay back the outstanding amount on the grant will i be able to get another maintenance grant for my course starting in september?
