Hon can i arrange living expenses to go to Germany?

i want to do masters from Germany, but i don't have money to survive there as living expenses are upto 6 lac,i don't have any idea how to arrange that much amount,as in embassy i can show the amount to get visa with the help of a private finance who can give the money for 1 month,,, but i am unable to arrange living expenses money .........how to arrange that money can anybody tell me .......what are the step i should take...........
