How do you treat a dog scratch?

my dog was acting a little skittish today. i was holding her and when i went to put her down she wriggled around and scratched my inner arm (a little below the place where you would get an I.V) It's small but it bled a little. I rinsed it under water to clean it and cool it but it's still burning. what do i do now?
